Orange Color-Block Manicure

Hi guys! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today, I'll be showing you my Orange Color-Block Mani!
Sorry for the sloppy clean up job, my clean-up brush is VERY MESSED-UP. I use a concealer brush and out of the blue, the hair started falling out!! So all I have left is about 50 hairs compared to about 300 hairs on my brush :(

Products used: Kleancolor - Pastel Orange, Caronia - Sunkissed, Julie G - Tangerine Dream, Striping Tape

Stamping Manicure

Hey guys! I've been really enjoying the school holidays! Just laying in bed, watching Fairy Tail all day ^-^ I know, I know, I should be outside, being active, but I'm too LAZY! (╥_╥) Anyway, I decided to do a stamping manicure because my big stamping plate was just screaming out "Use me! Use me!" So I did and this is what I came up with!

I really like this mani! It's quite similar to the water spotted nails that Cutepolish did on Youtube. There are a few bald spots but I don't really care, not everything has to be perfect! Other than my index, everything looks good! I put topcoat on top of my index and pinky and it smudged a little so I was scared to apply top coat on the rest of my nails! I waited about 15-25 mins? and then applied top coat on my middle and ring finger. Yay! No noticeable smudging! Minimal smudging = Happy Sophia!  (∩▂∩)

Are you guys liking my new watermark logo? :) I got bored and decided to make one! I'm thinking of making it different every manicure! What do you guys think? I seriously have too much time on my hands during the holidays..

Products used - Big Stamping Plate + Plastic Scraper + Stamper (They were a prize so I don't know what store they were bought from)
*UPDATE* I just found out that the stamping plate I used is actually Cheeky Jumbo Plate D
Index Finger: Kleancolor - Pastel Orange (2 coats. You might need 3 coats)
Middle Finger: BC Co. Shade 14 (2 coats)
Ring Finger: BC Co. Shade 8 (2 coats)
Pinky Finger: Ulta3 - Soft Hydrangea
The polish I used for the stamp was Kleancolor - Black. It is seriously the best black polish for stamping! If you have a store near you that sells Kleancolor, GO AND BUY THIS POLISH!

I don't know if you can see, but on my ring finger, the blue and yellow actually mixed and created green!

Blue Watermarble

Hi guys! So today, I just wanted to share with you my Blue Watermarble mani!
If you don't know what a watermarble design is, it is a design made by dropping drops of polish onto a cup filled with water and using a toothpick or dotting tool to drag the colours around and create a design. Some people don't enjoy this process because you have to choose the right consistency of polish and you have to experiment which polishes work and which polishes don't, which take a LOT of time! Also, the clean up is a PAIN for some people but for me, it's easier to clean up than a gradient mani because the colour doesn't seep underneath your cuticles, but that's MY opinion. I don't know if this happens to other people. If you still don't understand me, just click here for a tutorial by Mucking Fusser, the Watermarble Queen

Products used, Sinful Colors - Snow Me White, Ulta 3 - Soft Hydrangea and BC Co. - Shade 21.

Sadly, the polish kept spreading out WHILST I was doing the design so instead of getting clean. straight lines, I got wonky and uneven lines :(

So comment below, are you going to try this type of design? I hope you have a better result than mine if you decide to try watermarbling!

Anyways, I hope you liked this mani and thanks for reading!
